PQSD-4 provides four synchronized pulses of microsecond duration with magnitude of hundreds of volts. It can be used to control piezo elements of FTIR-shutters for laser Q-switching.
Parameters of the pulses can be adjusted by trimmers in a way similar to PQSD-3MS or can be controlled via USB using the RS-232 protocol. Control of the parameters via a computer provides more precise and flexible control of the parameters and allows setting of output pulse delay and width values independently for each channel.
